Modena is the land of motors and… tortellini, good people, and big passions. It is near it that two families met and decided to give freedom to a common need: a good pastry shop that makes people happy and proud to let themselves indulge into something good.
Just the time to taste their quality, and the obsession for really good desserts had begun.
These were not just any sweets… too much to remain hidden in the small town.
So we are happy to have started making desserts first for Modena’s restaurants, then for those in the region, and then the adventure started with the supermarkets! Here the game gets hard (in the middle of all the big companies, why choose a small pastry shop?) but finally we manage to get the most anticipated judgment: yours!
And who is behind these delicious desserts? Naturally, a true pastry shop, a pastry workshop that has been making desserts for restaurants for many years now. Why restaurants? Because it is the chef who demands the best, and we, for now, have always succeeded.
