FRUTTA – CIOCCOLATO

Soft sponge cake stuffed with apricot sauce with a strong ermine flavour and covered with soft, dark chocolate ganache.

We all know that the real Sacher cake is the inimitable Hotel Vienna cake but, as in many other cases, for this too the legends are numerous. We revisited the traditional recipe by adding a chocolate ganache, which softens the sponge cake and makes the tasting soft and light.
